Custom Orthotic Insoles by American-Medical-Supply.com are hand crafted in our factory by foot experts. We pour a mold of your foot from the specially designed foam casting box that you step into. Next the insole is shaped to fit your foot presicely to evenly distribute your weight across the entire sole.
A-M-S Orthotic insoles are constructed from your choice of high quality Leather, Polypropylene, Plasizote or Thinhell Composite to give you a range of support from rigid control to flexible comfort.
Handcrafted custom orthotic insoles relieve lower back, foot and ankle pain as well as hammer toe and other foot disorders. These custom insoles can be inserted into dress shoes and high heels, tennis shoes, golf shoes, ski boots, snowboard boots and casual footwear.
Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after we have received the casting box. The casting box will be shipped to you with complete instructions and pre-paid postage for its return to us.
